Own and review MIS reports, financial trackers, and schedules prepared by the in-house accounting team

Coordinate and manage deliverables for 4–5 clients across sectors

Participate in due diligence, internal audit, and deep-dive financial reviews

Act as the final checkpoint before anything reaches a client’s inbox

Help build internal workflows, review systems, and scalable reporting frameworks

Maintain clear, proactive relationships with client teams and founders

Handle ad-hoc reviews, fire-fighting situations, and urgent founder requests with composure and clarity

You’ll work directly with the principal consultant, lead reviews, and eventually own client conversations. Over time, you’ll step into a leadership role that balances delivery, communication, and growth.
What Is Expected from This Role?
What Are We Looking For?

3–5 years of experience in a Big 4 or a high-quality consulting/audit firm

Strong grip on MIS, financial reporting, and analytical reviews

Proven ability to juggle multiple accounts with maturity and calm

Comfort with Excel, numbers, and building clarity from complexity

Strong team coordination and review mindset — a quiet, steady leader

Assignment
After Step 1, we will be sharing an assignment relevant to the role we are hiring for. ​​​Once the assignment is submitted, only then will we evaluate the candidate's resume.
While there are different ways to evaluate intent (for example, some startups collect "refundable security deposits"), we believe that the most valuable investment is the investment of time and energy, so we will evaluate only those candidates who have the time and patience to turn the shared assignment over within the instructed timeframe.
