What Is Expected From This Role?
What Are We Looking For?
Academic Background:

Bachelor’s in English Literature, with a demonstrated command over the English language.
Languages:

Must be fluent in English, Hindi, Tamil, and one regional language.

Tamil as a second language is non-negotiable.

Assignment
After Step 1, we will be sharing an assignment relevant to the role we are hiring for. ​​​Once the assignment is submitted, only then will we evaluate the candidate's resume.
While there are different ways to evaluate intent (for example, some startups collect "refundable security deposits"), we believe that the most valuable investment is the investment of time and energy, so we will evaluate only those candidates who have the time and patience to turn the shared assignment over within the instructed timeframe.
