Manage books of accounts, monthly/quarterly closings, and reconciliations.

Ensure audit readiness and coordination with auditors, tax advisors, and consultants.

Prepare internal financial summaries, variance analysis, and MIS reporting.

Support budgeting, forecasting, cash-flow planning, and commercial decision-making.

Act as a clear, reliable point of contact for finance-related queries.
What is expected from this role?
What are we looking for?

Educational Background: Semi-qualified CA (CA Final attempted) or MBA (Finance) with strong accounting skills.

Skills: Knowledge of trading, distribution, or product-led businesses, especially margins and working capital.

Experience: 3–4 years of experience in audit firms or in-house finance roles with ownership.

Attitude: A proactive mindset, attention to detail, and a drive to excel in a fast-paced environment. Mindset focused on stability, long-term association, and process ownership.
