Dissent Courses
Learn the craft.Keep the judgment.
A pathway is a sequence.

What are Dissent Courses?
Dissent Courses are free applied finance education from Dissent Advisory (Divinitus Advisors LLP): practical frameworks for understanding finance, investing and business. Each course teaches a craft you can finish online, with optional sign-in to sync progress and a verifiable certificate when you pass the final assessment.
Are Dissent Courses free?
Yes. Courses are free to start and complete. You can begin without an account. Create an account only if you want progress synced across devices or a certificate after you pass.
Do I need an account to start a course?
No. You can start learning immediately. Sign in or register when you want progress saved across devices, or when you are ready to claim a certificate after passing the final assessment.
How do certificates work?
When you pass a course final assessment, Dissent Advisory issues a certificate with a unique credential id. Anyone can verify that credential at dissent.one/courses/verify. Completing all four courses in Pathway A unlocks a pathway certificate (DA-PATH). Completing all four courses in Pathway D, Sell-Side Diligence, unlocks a pathway certificate (DA-DILG).
What is Pathway A, Founder’s Office, Finance Operator?
A four-course sequence on one fictional company, Kalasu Home Appliances: financial modelling, unit economics and cohorts, budget, burn and runway, and investor reporting and the data room. See dissent.one/courses/pathways/founders-office-finance.
What is Pathway D, Sell-Side Diligence?
A four-course sequence on Kalasu at Series B: diligence readiness, the tie-out of books to returns and bank, the vendor databook, and exposures and disclosure. Completing all four unlocks pathway certificate DA-DILG at dissent.one/courses/pathways/sell-side-diligence.
Who are Dissent Courses for?
Finance-literate operators: founders who own their numbers, finance managers, and analysts. Courses assume fluency with the three financial statements and do not redefine basics such as EBITDA or WACC.
How is a Dissent course different from a recorded lecture series?
Each course is applied: worked examples on one company, quizzes, a midpoint gate, and a graded final assessment. The certificate reflects a pass on that assessment, not attendance.
Educational content only. Not a substitute for engagement-specific financial or legal advice.
