Execute
Phased delivery against the agreed plan. Weekly status notes, milestone reviews, and escalation calls as required. Every artefact reviewed under the three-lens discipline.
Handover
A closing pack — executed documents, residual-risk register, action items for your team, and a written handover note. The mandate ends with you knowing what's still open.

Typical project length: 4–12 weeks for transaction support; 6–16 weeks for policy or compliance builds; longer for multi-jurisdiction or multi-party mandates.

On capital events, Dissent Legal handles the document set while Dissent Fundraise runs the deal. One firm, two disciplines, no handoff cost.
On M&A and investment transactions, our diligence team identifies the issues; our legal team papers the protections. Findings flow directly into reps, warranties, and indemnities.
On regulatory programmes, Compliance handles the recurring filings; Legal handles the structuring decisions and amendments. The structuring is upstream of the filing.
On litigation, tax, IP prosecution, or sector-specific regulatory matters, we coordinate with specialist counsel — but remain the single point of contact on the mandate.
